I finally got home!
Didn’t take many pictures, I must start. I have sat on my camera, and so it is useless now, so I will have to go to WalMart and get a new one tomorrow. Here’s a picture from my bedroom window in Belize.

I was much entertained by all the people I met there, but especially by Jim who told me that it is possible for a human to catch leprosy from an armadillo, and that one should never shoot a bear in the fall because the meat will not taste so tender. I am dubious and will check these “facts”, but I will add one of my own that a lobster is immortal and will effectivly live for ever. ( Look it up, it’s true ).
I am on La Isla Bonita, as in the Madonna song. I am in San Pedro, and having so much fun it is criminal.I have tried to leave three times, but not been able to, I keep missing the boat, but tomorrow I promise myself I will go. It’s a small town, maybe four main streets, and everyone drives a golf buggy. I got a ride on one tonight, it was great. The food is goodish, the drink superb and the company really entertaining.
Why is it so nice, I guess a body would have to come here to find out, but I’d add coral reefs, glass bottom boats, diving, fishing, cheap land, sea views, not to built up, and the ability to hop to other cayes. As close to tropical paradise as I can image. When I leave Mexico, I think I know what my next stop will be…
